Muni-Link Partnership - Alert Notification System
Lee County Public Service Authority utilizes a partnership with Link Computer Corp. (“Muni-Link”(Link is external)) is the producer and owner of Muni-Link WebPresence(Link is external) and Muni-Link Billing(Link is external) (collectively referred to here as “Services”), which are collaborative web and mobile based applications that are developed specifically for Lee County Public Service Authority. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of the Services.
Lee County Public Service Authority, through our cloud-based billing software solution provided by Muni-Link, provides an Alert Notification System, which provides important information and updates to Authority customers about their service.

TERMINATION / ACCESS RESTRICTION

ATTENTION LEE CO PSA
SEWER CUSTOMERS:
In keeping with our commitment to maintain minimal rates for sewer service, the Lee Co PSA is asking all of its sewer customers to refrain from flushing anything down the toilet except human waste and toilet paper. This includes any and all items that may be labeled "flushable". Any items flushed down the toilet except for human waste and toilet paper creates numerous issues for your service lines, the PSA's lines, our pump stations, and ultimately, our treatment facility, which increases operating costs, and thus increases customer costs.
Help us keep the rates you pay at a minimum. We certainly appreciate your cooperation and understanding on this matter.
